Return and Refund Policy

This policy is effective for all purchases made on or after August 19, 2021.
Thank you for shopping at Attic 906! We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have a product complaint, we will do our best to make it right whenever possible.
If the product you receive is damaged or defective due to defects in materials or craftsmanship from the manufacturer or printer, please follow our return guidelines below so we can replace or refund your order promptly.
Return requests for simply changing your mind or wanting a different color or size will not be processed. If you are ordering fabric products, it is the customer’s responsibility to check product fiber content to help determine the correct size to order. You can find this information in the product descriptions.
Returns will be accepted up to 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order and you have received a confirmation of the return from Attic 906 LLC.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be incorrect or defective, unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it in. The item must be in the original packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse a return for incomplete or otherwise non-conforming returns or lack of information in the return request.
Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Code issued by Attic 906 LLC.
Retain your order number in the event of a return request.
To request a Return or Exchange of the product you received due to an incorrect or defective product, please send an email to email@example.com.
All returns require a Return Authorization Code. Include in your email the following information and we will respond with the Return Authorization Code. Any missing information will only delay your Refund or Exchange process.

You must state if you are requesting a Return or Exchange.
Product Item Number or Description, and color if applicable.
Photo of product defect if possible and/or applicable.
NOTE: Returns and Refunds will not be processed over the phone.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your product, we will complete the Refund Authorization. We will notify you that your product has been received and provide an update of your return approval, and when your refund or exchange can be expected. Please note that refunds can take up to 1 – 2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement. No Refunds will be issued without a Return Authorization Code.
The customer will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning the product(s). Upon inspection if your product is defective or incorrect, your return shipping costs will also be refunded with your product refund. You must provide proof of your shipping costs for them to be refunded.
